There are many file formats that we can use. The preferred file formats are .AI, .EPS, or .PDF files with all text outlined. We can also accept .PSD and .FS (FlexiSign) files. Formats such as .JPG, .DOC, and .GIF may not be able to be used on your signage. If you're not sure about your files, we can always take a look at them to let you know if we can use them.
Yes, and we do often! In order to get the best quality, photographs should be a minimum of 300 dpi at their final size.
